Chronology of Angry Medan Koas Doctor, Honking Nonstop

Dream - Fladiniyah Puluhulawa is currently in the spotlight. A koas doctor at RSUD Pringadi Medan, North Sumatra, was caught on camera raging at mothers inside a car.

Many condemned him for being arrogant. However, when the video first circulated, the cause of the dispute was unknown. Moreover, the camera angle only came from the mother's perspective, the opponent in the altercation.

But after the case went viral, the Instagram account @viralkak claimed that the dispute was caused by a parking issue.

One netizen said that the driver of the car, along with his wife, was impatient and honked several times. According to the netizen, this caused the koas doctor to become agitated.

Then, the koas doctor got out and hit the car with the mothers and the man inside. And then it was recorded by a woman inside the car.

Another netizen said the same thing. That the trembling doctor took a long time to park. Then, the continuous honking made him angry and approached the car that honked.

Meanwhile, the Public Relations Officer of RSUD Pirngadi Medan, Edison Perangin-angin, stated that the dispute was purely a parking issue. They have also confirmed with the officers around the incident location.

"The problem is purely a parking issue, and it has been confirmed. We confirmed it with our officers who were close to the incident at the obgyn polyclinic," said Edison.

He explained that the koas doctor, who was still inside the car, was continuously honked by the car recording him. This made the young doctor offended and approached the car.

"So, the chronology is that this koas came and parked overnight or in the morning, and at that time, before he could get out of the car, our patient came and wanted to park, but there was not enough space. So, because the patient saw a gap between the koas car and the previous car, maybe the patient honked instead of the koas car," explained Edison.

"Because of the nonstop honking without any explanation, the koas doctor felt offended," he added.
