Viral Video of Mother Asking to Exchange Clothes in Store, Thought It Was Newly Bought But Turns Out It's Been Worn for a Year

Some stores still allow buyers to exchange clothes that have been purchased with some terms and conditions. One of the most common ones is that the price tag or label has not been damaged and the purchase date is not too long ago.

However, a unique incident happened to an employee of a clothing store in Pekanbaru, Riau when encountering a unique customer.

In a video uploaded by the Tiktok account @rotimilna_, it captures the moment a woman tries to return clothes at a cashier's table.

However, the clothes brought by the woman have actually been purchased for a long time. What's more surprising is that the clothes she wanted to return have been worn for 1 year.

In the video, it is mentioned that the woman bought the clothes in 2022 and wanted to exchange them in 2023.

Of course, this does not comply with the store's regulations, so the store employee refused to exchange the clothes brought by the woman.

This woman then tried to persuade the store employee for a while to be able to exchange the pink clothes. However, her efforts were unsuccessful.

Since she was not allowed to exchange, the woman finally left the store and left the clothes she wanted to exchange on the cashier's table.

After being uploaded, this video went viral on social media and has been watched up to 1.6 million times. Not only that, this video also received various responses from netizens in the comment section.
