Different from most houses, a house in Malang, East Java has a very peculiar design. Ruth Elga, the owner's daughter, shows the peculiarity of her self-made house design by her father.

Through Instagram @ruthelga, she showed that her house has a front gate like most houses. When entering the yard, an oddity is immediately visible, the house building is actually facing away from the gate.

"The gate does face the road, but the house is located behind the road," said Ruth through the narration of the video she uploaded."

When entering further in, a quite spacious and beautiful garden can be seen. The father indeed loves plants and takes good care of this garden. "This is papa's handmade garden, every time I come home, there's always something new planted," said Ruth.

The most surprising thing about this house is that there is a tomb inside. According to Ruth, her father made this tomb without any specific reason, because there is no body inside. "Dad made a tomb here just for fun," she said.

The tomb, although not real, is equipped with a gravestone. There is a red writing in Javanese language on it. "The meaning of this gravestone is, if you want to give up, just sleep here. The shape of the tomb changes every year," he said.

In other parts of the house, there is a spacious pavilion. It can be used as a relaxing place to enjoy the fresh air in the evening, but the decoration here is a large-sized mask, with a red and very scary face.
