3 pieces of chicken thighs 1 clove of shallot 2 cloves of garlic 1 candlenut Sufficient margarine 1 bay leaf 1 kaffir lime leaf 1 crushed ginger 1 crushed lemongrass Sufficient broth powder and sugar 250 ml UHT milk 300 ml coconut milk Sufficient coconut oil

- Soak the cleaned chicken in UHT milk overnight. Close the container and leave it in the refrigerator. - Mash the shallots, garlic, and candlenuts, set aside.
- Prepare a pan, melt the margarine and sauté the finely ground spices, add bay leaves, kaffir lime leaves, ginger, and lemongrass. - After the spices are fragrant, add the chicken that has been soaked in milk overnight.
Pour the coconut milk, add sugar and broth as needed, cook until the coconut milk reduces. Remove the chicken, then fry briefly in coconut oil until golden brown. Serve on a plate and add the sauce.
