Dream - Newborn babies indeed have very sensitive skin. Exposure to dust, dirty water, or even slightly hot air can cause their skin to become red, itchy, and even irritated. This is because their skin layer has not fully developed properly.
Usually parents bathe their babies with water that has been boiled first until warm, then mixed with regular water and antiseptic formula, but it's different with this one 'sultan' baby.
A beauty doctor, namely Oky Pratama, shares the moment of his newborn baby while bathing. Not with ordinary water or bottled water, but using famous expensive mineral water called Equil.
The water is usually served in luxury hotels for VIP guests to drink, but Dr. Oky made the water for his son's bath, named Bem Smith Opra.
In the video uploaded on his Instagram @dr.okypratamaa, it can be seen that there are three caregivers of the baby who are preparing equipment for bathing Bem. One person is seen pouring two large-sized Equil bottles into the baby's bathtub.
The price of one large-sized Equil bottle is around Rp236 thousand when Dream saw it on e-commerce. If two bottles are totaled, it would cost Rp472 just for bathing once. It is possible that more than two bottles of Equil water are needed because the tub is already half-filled with water.
After the water is poured into the tub, Bem is bathed by one of the caregivers. The still red baby immediately cries loudly. The expensive water is poured onto Bem's very small body and rubbed onto his face.
The upload of Dr. Oky's video immediately received a lot of comments. Many netizens were surprised because there was a baby bathing with expensive mineral water. "Those who bathe using well water should step aside, sir," commented @putri_why. "Expensive baby indeed 😍😍," responded @derysyaputraraeger. "Bathing using Equil, while I only drink it, think about it 😃," commented @melvadinona02.
