Aurel Hermansyah Called Enjoying Haram Money, Atta Halilintar Gets Furious

Dream - Atta Halilintar is furious after seeing one of the headlines that mentions his wife, Aurel Hermansyah, enjoying the haram money given to her.

The news appeared allegedly related to the Net86 trading robot scam that dragged Atta's name.

"Nikmati Uang Haram Atta Halilintar, Aurel Hermansyah Terdiam dan Langsung Masuk Mobil Saat Ditanya Awak Media," wrote Atta in an Instagram Story post.

Atta is not accepting it. He considers the headline to be excessive.

"My wife enjoying haram money?! It's going too far to make a title like this," Atta wrote.

As known, Atta is accused of collaborating with the owner of Net89 in the auction of his headband for Rp2.2 billion. He is accused of receiving funds from the founder of Net89 who committed fraud against several customers.

Previously, the auction of the headband conducted by Atta Halilintar led to a long series of events. Because of the successful auction that sold the headband for Rp2.2 billion, Atta Halilintar was reported to the police.

The auction was won by Reza Paten. However, Reza was later reported by victims of the Net89 trading robot with allegations of fraudulent investment. That's why Atta is involved because he is considered to have received funds from Reza Paten.

The legal counsel for Reza Paten's victims, Zainul Arifin, said that Atta could be charged under Article 5 of the Money Laundering Act (TPPU) for allegedly receiving funds from criminal activities.

"The Article 5 is reasonable to assume, so for a headband worth Rp2.2 billion, whether it is the result of a crime or not, so he is subject to Article 5 of the TPPU," said Zainul Arifin as quoted from the Cumicumi YouTube channel, Thursday, October 27, 2022.

In addition to Atta, Zainul mentioned four other artists who were reported. They are TM, a drummer from a band with the initials AP, KA, and motivator MT.

Zainul hopes that all the mentioned artists will come forward as witnesses to clarify the involvement of Reza Paten as the founder of the Net89 trading robot to the Indonesian National Police Headquarters.

"That's why we ask these people involved to come forward and clarify their involvement to the Indonesian National Police Headquarters, because they are the ones who act as promoters or endorsees and can attract victims to participate," said Zainul Arifin.

Zainul also hopes that those who received funds from Reza Paten will report to the police for further investigation.

"Even if they want to surrender, we hope they will. If not, they can be charged under Article 5 with a maximum of 5 years in prison, that is our hope," said Zainul Arifin.

Meanwhile, Atta Halilintar finally clarified the accusations through a post on Instagram Story.

The father of one child emphasized that he only auctioned off historical items throughout his career. He stated that the proceeds from the auction will be used to build a Quran memorization center and help in mosque construction.

"The auction of my first historical item (headband). The purpose of the auction proceeds will be used to help build a Quran memorization center and also contribute to mosque construction," wrote Atta Halilintar.

Atta stated that many people participated in the auction and it is not possible to inquire about the source of their funds.

"Many people participated in the auction and it ended on the predetermined date and time," Atta Halilintar said.

The 27-year-old man emphasized that he has never played or been directly involved in trading robots. He even has never participated in or understood trading. 

"So if it is said that I am playing trading robots or involved in the Net89 trading robot. I absolutely do not understand and have never participated in trading robots," Atta Halilintar firmly stated.

Atta hopes that his clarification will provide an explanation regarding the rumors that accuse him of cheating and being directly involved with the Net89 Trading Robot.

"Hopefully, everything is clear and the news out there does not use my name to create stories like me playing trading robots or cheating. Thank you, may God bless us all," said Atta Halilintar.

Dream - Atta Halilintar auctioned off the headband that has been his icon through Instagram. The husband of Aurel Hermansyah will use the proceeds from the auction to help build a Quran memorization center.

"Many people say auctioning off the headband... And this is one of my first AHHA headbands that I printed myself... Okay, let's start. In the name of God, we will use the proceeds to help with the social aspect, building a Quran memorization center, hopefully every recitation will be a blessing for us until the hereafter," Atta Halilintar wrote.
