A Malaysian woman known as Rashidah shared her experience of being a victim of jinn slander when she embraced Islam. The incident caused her entire family members to be shunned by relatives from her father's side. Even her grandmother, who is also her father's biological mother, distanced herself when visited.

Father Likes to Give Charity and Feed

Remembering the incident that happened a few years ago, Rashida never expected that her father's act of kindness would make her grandmother and uncle's family experience 'pain'. "My family was shunned even though my father is the type of person who likes to give alms and feed people," Rashida said, starting her story.

Rashidah said that her father also never forgets his responsibility by always sending food, shopping money, or kitchen necessities to her grandmother. However, unexpectedly, her father's kindness has been misunderstood by her uncle and other relatives who live with her grandmother.

"The family of my father's relatives lives in the same house as my grandmother. But my father's kindness made all the occupants of my grandmother's house 'sick' so they undergo Islamic treatment," he continued.

Grandmother and Uncle's Attitude Changed

Throughout the treatment process until now, all members of the family suddenly changed their attitudes. Even more saddening, every food and item bought by their father was thrown away untouched as if they contained poison. Not only that, their uncles' families also seemed to be trying to distance themselves and isolate their father.

"Although puzzled by such treatment, his father still carried out his responsibilities as a child as usual. Not even a single day did his father forget to send food or ask about his well-being until he finally learned the sad truth about his life."

According to him, during the treatment, there was a jinn who said that his family had bewitched his grandmother and the entire contents of the house.

"The jinn said it was our family who did it. We only found out after one of our uncles told us and asked us to be honest about the jinn's accusation," he explained.

Despite that, it was Rashidah's father who took grandmother to the hospital when she was sick. Rashidah's father even bought medicine and milk for grandmother."
