After checking, Sutrisno and his wife confirmed that what was inside the tower was actually a human corpse. They then reported the finding to the Head of the Neighborhood Association. "The body was swollen and emitted an unpleasant odor, so we reported the incident to the Head of the Sub-district and also the Head of the Neighborhood Association, Mr. Rurinoto," he said.

According to him, the police team is still investigating the identity of the body in the well. The police are also reluctant to speculate on the information circulating among netizens, which states that the man's identity is on the Wanted List. "It is not entirely true that the body is on the Wanted List, we are waiting for the autopsy results first to determine who he is," he said.
