Dream - A Muslim has an obligation to perform the obligatory prayers five times a day. The five prayer times are Subuh, Dhuhur, Ashar, Maghrib, and Isya. All of these prayers must be performed according to the designated time and number of rak'ahs. Recognizing that the obligation of the obligatory prayers is mandatory, it is definitely not allowed to be abandoned by any reason for Muslims. It must be acknowledged that humans who go through routines often have to be chased by time to perform activities in close proximity. This situation makes the performance of obligatory prayers also done in a hurry.

This has been explained in a hadith, the Prophet saw said: "The first thing that a servant will be held accountable for on the Day of Judgment is the prayer. If his prayer is good, then all of his deeds will be good, and if his prayer is flawed, then all of his deeds will be flawed." The above hadith clearly shows that the position of obligatory prayers is very important. Muslims should not neglect this obligation. Not only should they not be negligent, but the performance of prayer should not be rushed, and they should perform it with tranquility.

Because thuma'ninah is one of the pillars of prayer that makes our prayer valid. When thuma'ninah is not done properly, then our prayer is not valid. In fact, in one narration it is explained that the Prophet Muhammad even told someone to repeat their prayer three times and said that they had not prayed until the person realized their mistake. The person then pleaded with Prophet Muhammad to teach them how to pray correctly.

Sincere Intention: Make sure the intention to pray is only for Allah SWT and not for any other purpose. Sincere intention helps the heart to be more calm and focused. Maintain Wudhu: Performing ablution calmly and consciously can help prepare oneself physically and mentally for prayer. Understanding the Meaning of Prayer Recitations: Understanding the meaning of each recitation and prayer in prayer can help improve concentration and spiritual experience. Organize the Prayer Environment: Choose a quiet and disturbance-free place to perform prayer. This helps to be more focused.

Setting Breath and Body Posture: Breathing calmly and maintaining good body posture during prayer can help improve concentration and devotion. Reflecting on the Greatness of Allah: Remembering the greatness and magnificence of Allah, as well as the virtues of prayer, can help cultivate fear and love towards Him. Avoid Disturbing Thoughts: Try not to think about worldly matters during prayer. If thoughts begin to wander, immediately redirect focus to the prayer recitations. Praying for Devotion: Pray to Allah for the ability to pray with devotion and focus.

"Allahumma a'inii 'alaa dzikrika wa syukrika wa husni 'ibaadatika. Artinya: 'Ya Allah, semoga Engkau memberi pertolongan kepada kami untuk bisa selalu ingat (dzikir) kepada-Mu, bersyukur kepada-Mu, dan beribadah dengan baik kepada-Mu.' Allahumma arzuqna at-tuma'ninah wa al-khusyu'u'a Allahumma arzuqna al-khusyu'u'a fi shalaatina. Artinya: 'Ya Rabb, anugerahkanlah rasa ketenangan (tumakninah) dan khusyuk dalam sholat kami.'"
