Dream - The General Election Commission (KPU) of the Republic of Indonesia released the Report on Receipt and Expenditure of Campaign Funds (LPPDK) for participants in the General Election of 2024, on Thursday, March 7, 2024. The data was submitted to the public accounting firm (KAP) appointed by the KPU through Sikadeka.
Total Receipts and Expenditures
In the release, details of the total receipts and expenditures of the 2024 election participants are mentioned. This includes the total receipts and expenditures of the presidential and vice-presidential candidate pairs for 2024.
The expenditure of the presidential and vice-presidential candidates with number 03, Ganjar Pranowo and Mahfud Md, is recorded as the highest compared to others, reaching Rp506.892 billion.
Then, followed by the presidential and vice presidential candidate pair number 2, Prabowo Subianto and Gibran Rakabuming, reaching Rp207.576 billion. Meanwhile, the total expenditure of presidential and vice presidential candidate pair number 01, Anies Baswedan and Muhaimin Iskandar, amounted to Rp49.34 billion.
In his statement, it was mentioned that the amount is based on data as of February 29, 2024, at 23:59 WIB. The following is the total amount of receipts and expenditures for each pair of candidates in the 2024 Presidential Election.
Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar- Revenue: Rp49,341,955,140.00 - Expenditure: Rp49,340,397,060.00 Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka- Revenue: Rp208,206,048,243.00 - Expenditure: Rp207,576,558,270.00 Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud MD- Revenue: Rp506,894,823,260.20 - Expenditure: Rp506,892,847,566.66
As information, quoting from the KPU page, based on the provisions of Article 335 paragraph (1) to paragraph (3) of Law Number 7 of 2017 concerning General Elections jo. Article 30 paragraph (5), Article 53 paragraph (4), and Article 79 paragraph (3) of KPU Regulation Number 18 of 2023 concerning Campaign Funds for General Elections, the Report on Campaign Funds for Election Participants shall be submitted to the Public Accountant Office (KAP) appointed by the KPU no later than 15 (fifteen) days after the voting day, at the latest by 23:59 local time.
Based on the provisions, LPPDK will be delivered on February 23, 2024, until February 29, 2024, at the latest at 23.59 local time.
