Former husband, Muhammad Zamzuri Muhamad Zaini, who was 50 years old, passed away while waiting for his mother-in-law's body, Rogayah Ahmad, 72 years old, to arrive at the mosque on Monday. Muhammad Zamzuri, also known as Ayau, was a former reporter for the Melodi program on TV3.

When contacted by mStar, Ayau's ex-wife, Alita Aris, 49 years old, was still shocked by the departure of two people who died of heart attacks within a span of one day. "My mother passed away on Saturday, but her body was only buried this morning because we were waiting for family members to return from abroad. "I thought this was God's will. Why was my mother's funeral postponed for a day, it turns out there is wisdom behind it. My mother and Ayau had a very good relationship, and both were buried on the same day," she said.

Meanwhile, Ayau feels disappointed because his illness has caused him to experience vision impairment, making it difficult for him to even walk alone. What is most saddening is that he cannot see his child clearly. He has to see from a close distance. Alita is the one who always brings their child so that her husband can see him clearly.

Alita added, the last time she spoke to her ex-husband was on Monday morning, and the deceased gave encouraging words to be patient with the passing of her mother. "Ayau told me to be patient. He also encouraged the children who are actively involved in sports. They briefly talked about football. He said, next time don't be afraid to score a goal. Close your eyes, remember your father, and shoot the ball," she said.

Through a post on Facebook, Alita narrated that Ayau suddenly fainted and was immediately rushed to KPJ Damansara Hospital. "We brought him to KPJ Damansara Hospital, and the doctor tried to save him for about 20 minutes, but it was unsuccessful. The doctor believes that Ayau's heart had stopped beating while still at the mosque," she said.
