It is mentioned in a hadith from Abu Dzar al-Ghifari narrated by Imam Muslim, Imam At-Tirmidzi, and Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal, the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: "I said: O Messenger of Allah, which speech is most beloved to Allah the Almighty? He said: What Allah the Almighty has chosen for His angels: Subhana Rabbii wa bihamdihi." Meaning: "O Messenger of Allah," Abu Dzar asked, "which recitation is most beloved to Allah the Almighty?"
