1. The word Al-Quran is repeated 70 times.
The word Al-Quran itself means 'recitation'. Did you know, my friend Dream, that this word is repeated multiple times in the Al-Quran? Yes, the word Al-Quran that exists in the recitation has been repeated 70 times.
2. Number of Verses in the Quran
The following is the translation of the given 'Bahasa' text to 'English' while preserving any html tags: "There are differences of opinion among scholars regarding the number of verses in the Quran. This is because of the different perspectives on the opening chapter of the Quran, known as Al-Fatihah. Whether the phrase 'Basmalah' is counted as a verse or not. Also, it is related to the letters such as Alif Lam Meem, Ya Seen, and Ha Meem. Some scholars consider them as verses, while others do not."
This is the opinion regarding the number of verses in the Quran according to some scholars: Adullah Ibn-e-Abbas ra: 6,616 verses Uqba Ibn Nafi ra: 6,217 verses Shayba bin Uthman ra: 6,214 verses Al-Zamahshari: 6,666 verses Ulama Kufah: 6,236 verses.
3. The number of Juz in the Quran
The following is the translation of the 'Bahasa' text to 'English' while preserving any html tags: "The Quran itself initially did not recognize divisions based on juz. The division of juz was only done in the year 110 H. The person who initiated it was Al-Hajaj bin Yusuf Al-Tsaqafi with the aim of completing the recitation of the Quran in 30 days. At that time, it was not easy for ordinary people to complete the recitation of the Quran. Therefore, a method emerged to facilitate readers in completing the recitation of the Quran within one month. Thus, they were more measured in reading the Quran to complete 30 juz."
4. Number of Letters in the Quran
In the Quran, the number of its chapters is 114 chapters that begin with the chapter Al-Fatihah and end with the chapter An-Nas.
5. Ruku'
When reading the Al-Quran, Dream friends must have encountered several signs within each verse of the Al-Quran. Well, the Al-Quran is divided into 558 ruku', which are parts consisting of several verses. In each ruku', there is a small hurun ain sign placed on the side. 11. Arabic Letters and Words The letter that is most commonly found in the Quran is the letter alif. Meanwhile, the letter that is least commonly found is the letter zaa'. The longest word is found in Surah Al-Hijr verse 22 with the word فَأَسْقَيْنَاكُمُوهُ. 12. Prophets Mentioned in the Quran The Quran mentions 25 names of prophets in different surahs. However, the prophet that is mentioned the most is Prophet Musa (Moses), peace be upon him, with a total of 136 times.
13. The Number of Revelations in Mecca and Medina It is important for Dream friends to know that the number of revelations in Mecca is 86, which are called Makkiyah surahs. Meanwhile, the number of revelations in Medina is 28 verses, which are called Madaniyah surahs. 14. The Revelation of the Quran The Quran was first revealed by Allah SWT in the month of Ramadan. It took 23 years to complete the revelation fully in Mecca and Medina.
15. Wars in the Quran In the Quran, there are 12 wars that are described. These are the wars in which Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) participated. 16. Animals in the Quran The Quran explains that the largest animal is the elephant and the smallest animal is the mosquito. 17. Month Names in the Quran The only month mentioned in the Quran is the month of Ramadan. It is mentioned in Surah Al-Baqarah, verse 185.
18. The Best Drink in the Quran The Quran mentions that the best drink is milk, as stated in Surah An-Nahl, verse 66. 19. Women Mentioned in the Quran The only woman mentioned in the Quran is Maryam, as mentioned in Surah Al-Baqarah, verse 87. 20. Companions Mentioned in the Quran The only companion mentioned in the Quran is Zaid Ibn Haritsah ra. This is mentioned in Surah Al-Ahzab, verse 37.
