This incident began when BH and his three companions came to Sumbersoko Village, Sukolilo District, Pati Regency, Central Java, on Thursday afternoon to pick up their rental car.

The four individuals received unpleasant treatment from the locals, ranging from being hit with bare hands, stepped on with feet, and some even used large stones, then throwing the stones at one of the helpless individuals.

As a result of this incident, one of the victims died while being taken to the hospital. "BH died after being rushed to Kayen Regional Hospital," he said.

Meanwhile, the other three victims suffered severe injuries and had to be treated in the hospital. Not only that, the Sigra brand car they were driving was also set on fire by the mob.

According to the Head of Criminal Investigation, with the presence of injured and deceased victims, they are conducting an investigation and have currently detained two individuals who took the law into their own hands. "They are suspected as provocateurs related to this assault," he added.
