Well, idolatry itself is an act that brings great sin. Where the perpetrator will not be forgiven by Allah SWT when they die in that condition and have not had a chance to repent to Allah SWT. This has also been affirmed by Allah SWT in His word through Surah An-Nisa verse 48: "Indeed, Allah does not forgive idolatry, and He forgives all sins other than that (idolatry), to whom He wills. Whoever associates others with Allah has indeed committed a great sin." (QS. An-Nisa: 48)

Allah SWT says, "And when prosperity comes to them, they say, 'This is because of our efforts.' But if hardship afflicts them, they attribute it to Moses and those with him. Indeed, their misfortune is from Allah, but most of them do not know." (Surah Al-A'raf: 131) Whatever Allah SWT has decreed surely has goodness and wisdom that friends of Dream can obtain.
