The Chairman of PSSI also provided business assistance to Kurnia Meiga and his family in the form of a fried chicken franchise.

Kurnia Meiga became an idol when he joined the Indonesian National Team. His actions were remembered in the AFC Asian Cup 2015 Qualification against Saudi Arabia.
