"Dream - Medan Mayor Bobby Nasution spoke out regarding his name and his wife, Kahiyang Ayu, which were mentioned during the trial of the corruption case of former North Maluku Governor, Abdul Gani Kasuba (AGK). Previously, AGK used the code “Medan Block” for the management of mining business licenses (IUP) allegedly owned by Bobby's company in the Halmahera region. This was revealed during the trial of the alleged bribery case involving AGK at the Ternate District Court on Wednesday, July 31, 2024.
"AGK managed to meet with Bobby in Medan to handle the mining permit in Halmahera, which is known to be owned by Kahiyang Ayu."

“Those codes belong to the wife of the Mayor of Medan, his wife Bobby,” said AGK. Meanwhile, the Head of the Energy and Mineral Resources Department of North Maluku, Suryanto Andili, stated that he was invited by AGK to meet with a businessman in the city of Medan.
"I am just accompanying the Governor," said Suryanto. The corruption case of the former Governor of North Maluku, Abdul Gani Kasuba, was revealed after the KPK caught Gani red-handed at a hotel in South Jakarta on Monday, December 18, 2023. In that operation, the KPK arrested 18 people and confiscated a sum of money amounting to Rp725 million.
