Dream - It doesn't feel like we are already in the last 10 days of the month of Ramadan. Muslims are competing to obtain the night of great honor, which is the night of Lailatul Qadar. On that night, Allah SWT provides His forgiveness for the past sins of His repentant servants. The last 10 days of Ramadan become very precious because that night is the favorite of Prophet Muhammad SAW. In a hadith, Prophet Muhammad SAW even stated that performing itikaf in the last 10 nights of Ramadan is equivalent to performing itikaf with him SAW.

To make the most of the last ten days of Ramadan, it is important for Muslims to take care of their physical health. One way to stay fresh and energized during the night prayer (itikaf) is by taking a nap. Napping can be scheduled after reciting the Quran and will help replenish the body's energy so that we can perform our worship with enthusiasm at night. However, it is important to remember not to sleep for too long. Sleeping for 20-30 minutes is enough to refresh the mind and get rid of drowsiness.

To stay fresh and alert during itikaf worship, take advantage of rest time by consuming healthy food. Healthy food at night has been proven to help maintain alertness. However, make sure to avoid heavy foods such as carbohydrates that can actually trigger drowsiness. As an alternative, choose light snacks such as vegetables and fruits, for example dates. Always remember to maintain cleanliness and sanctity of the place of worship to ensure comfort and focus in worship.
