Nunu and her twin sibling have been living separately since they were babies due to their parents' separation. Both of them were raised by their father's family and lived in different houses.

Nunu and her twin brother once asked about the whereabouts of their mother to the family who raised them. They were informed that their mother had passed away. They were sad and couldn't believe it at first. However, they didn't want to dwell on it because they had made peace with the past.
