Recipe for Stir-Fried Water Spinach with Fermented Soybean Paste

Ingredients:
3 bunches of kangkung, pick the leaves
1 clove of chopped garlic
1 onion, sliced
2 red chilies, sliced diagonally
1 segment of galangal
2 bay leaves
1 tbsp dried shrimp
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
3 tbsp fermented soybean paste

               

How to Make: Heat oil, sauté garlic, shallots, onions, galangal, chili, bay leaves, and dried shrimp until fragrant. Add salt, pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and fermented soybean paste. Stir until well combined. Add water, stir and cook until the broth boils. Add water spinach, stir and cook until it changes color and wilts. Ready to serve.

Recipe Stir-fried Water Spinach with Fermented Soybean Sauce and Tempe

Ingredients: 2 bunches of water spinach 100 grams of tempeh 2 cloves of garlic, chopped 1 tablespoon of sweet tauco ½ teaspoon of salt ¼ teaspoon of pepper 4 red bird's eye chili peppers

               

How to make: Cut the tempeh into cubes, then fry until golden brown. Heat the oil, sauté the onions until golden yellow. Add the fermented soybean paste, mix well. Add the fried tempeh, mix until well combined. Add the water spinach, season with salt and pepper. Stir quickly and cook until done over high heat. Ready to serve.
