Dream - Seaweed is often added to snacks. To get a fresh dish, try making it into seaweed ice dish. There are many nutrients in seaweed such as antioxidants that can help strengthen our immune system.
Usually, this seaweed ice is served with fruits, agar-agar, and thick coconut milk. Some also make seaweed ice without coconut milk. It's healthier, low in fat, and still delicious.
Ingredients:100 grams seaweed50 grams red grapes50 grams strawberries, cut into halves100 grams melon, cut into small pieces100 grams dragon fruit, cut into small pieces1 packet of agar-agar50 grams basil seeds½ can of condensed milk200 ml pandan syrup1 liter of boiled waterSufficient amount of ice cubes
How to Make: Cook the agar-agar until it is cooked, then mold and cut into cubes. In a container, mix all the fruits, agar-agar, seaweed, and soaked basil seeds. Add water, syrup, and condensed milk. Stir until well combined. Add ice cubes. Ready to serve.
Ingredients: 150 grams of dried seaweed, 2 teaspoons of green food coloring, 500 ml of hot water, 1 packet of red agar-agar, 1 liter of water, 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar, 250 ml of liquid milk, canned lychee, ice cubes.
How to Make: In a bowl, put seaweed and add green coloring. Stir until evenly distributed. Let it sit for a moment until the coloring seeps in. Once done, soak the seaweed in hot water for 2 minutes until soft. Drain. Cook powdered agar-agar with water and granulated sugar until boiling, pour into a square mold. Cool the agar-agar until set, then cut into small cubes. Put agar-agar, lychee, ice cubes, and seaweed in a serving glass. Add liquid milk. Ready to serve.
