Wash all vegetables thoroughly using running water until clean. Cut all vegetables according to taste. Prepare a pot filled with water, boil until boiling. Add water spinach and cook until cooked, then lift and drain. Cut tempeh into small pieces according to taste. Prepare a frying pan, pour a little oil and fry the tempeh until cooked. Prepare a mortar and pestle, add shallots, chili, galangal, ginger, fried peanuts, and tamarind water. Grind all ingredients until smooth.
