Originally, rawon used buffalo meat, but now it is replaced with more common and easily found beef. Quoting the Indonesia.go.id website, laksa Tangerang has been around for hundreds of years. This typical Tangerang food is the result of Chinese culture acculturation in Tangerang. In general, laksa Tangerang is made from white rice flour noodles topped with thick yellow coconut milk broth and selected spices. However, it's not complete without chicken opor, boiled eggs, sprinkles of green beans, and sprinkles of roasted coconut that enhance the delicious taste of laksa on the palate.
