180 ml liquid milk 40 grams of sugar 40 grams of butter 35 grams of wheat flour 130 grams of tapioca flour 1 egg 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder 3 tablespoons of choco chips 35 grams of mozzarella cheese
"How to Make Mochi Bread"
Step 1: Put milk, butter, and sugar into a pan, then heat over medium heat until boiling while stirring evenly. Then turn off the heat.

Add wheat flour to the dough and stir until well blended. Then heat it over low heat until it thickens, then let it sit for a few moments.
