Ingredients: 10-15 pieces of Marie biscuits, 50 grams of melted butter, 200 grams of cream cheese, 200 grams of whipping cream, 80 grams of powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice + grated zest, ½ teaspoon of salt, 200 ml of water + blended mango fruit, then strained, 1 teaspoon of white agar-agar.

Add cream cheese, lemon juice, and salt. Mix again until smooth. Pour the cream mixture into the pan, refrigerate for a while until set.
To make the topping, cook mango fruit juice, water, and agar-agar powder. Stir well and cook until done. Let it cool until the temperature drops. Pour the topping mixture over the cheesecake batter, then chill in the refrigerator until set. Ready to serve.
