How to Make: Fry the tofu until cooked and browned. Heat oil, sauté the onions until wilted. Add garlic, sauté again until cooked and fragrant. Add red bell pepper, green bell pepper, wood ear mushrooms, and tofu. Stir well. Pour in water and add teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, and powdered pepper to taste. Stir all ingredients and adjust the taste. Cook until cooked and the sauce thickens. Remove from heat and pour the dish onto a serving plate.
