Recipe for Simple Spicy Shrimp

Ingredients: 500 grams of fresh shrimp, clean and remove the skin 1 tablespoon of lime juice 1 teaspoon of salt Sufficient amount of cooking oil Smooth Seasoning: 4 cloves of garlic 3 shallots 2 cm ginger 1/2 teaspoon of coriander powder 1/4 teaspoon of pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon of chili powder (optional)

               

Steps: Mix the shrimp with lime juice and salt, stir well and let it sit for 15 minutes. Puree all the seasoning ingredients. Heat enough cooking oil in a pan. Sauté the ground seasoning until fragrant and golden brown. Add the shrimp, stir well and cook until the shrimp turns red. Season with salt, powdered pepper, and powdered chili (if using) to taste. Cook again until the seasoning is absorbed and the shrimp is perfectly cooked. Remove from heat and serve the simple spiced shrimp with warm rice and your favorite sambal.

"Spicy Shrimp Sauce Recipe"

Ingredients: 500 grams of fresh shrimp, peeled with tails intact, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped, 1 onion, finely chopped, 2 cm of grated ginger, 2 stalks of lemongrass, bruised, 2 pieces of kaffir lime leaves, 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon of coriander powder, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon of chili sauce, 1 tablespoon of sweet soy sauce, 200 ml of water, Salt and pepper to taste, 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar, 1 stalk of spring onion, thinly sliced.

               

Steps: Wash the peeled shrimp thoroughly, then drain. Set aside. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté garlic, onions, and ginger until fragrant and the onions wilt. Add lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves, stir until fragrant. Add turmeric powder and coriander powder, stir well. Add oyster sauce, tomato sauce, chili sauce, and sweet soy sauce. Stir well until the spices are well mixed.

Pour water into the pan, then stir well and let it boil. Add the shrimp to the pan, stir until the shrimp changes color to pink and is perfectly cooked. Add salt, pepper, and sugar, then stir well. Let the sauce boil until slightly thickened and the seasoning is absorbed into the shrimp. Add sliced scallions, stir briefly until well mixed.
