Recipe Spicy Shredded Tuna with Basil
Ingredients:1 kg fresh tuna fish10 pieces of curly red chili12 pieces of red bird's eye chili8 cloves of shallots3 cloves of garlic1 piece of turmeric2 pieces of bay leaves3 pieces of lime leaves1 piece of galangal, crushedSalt and granulated sugar/red sugarBasil leavesA little cooking oil for sautéing
How to make: Steam the tuna until cooked, shred it. Sauté the ground spices with bay leaves, lime leaves, and galangal until fragrant. Add whole bird's eye chili, pour in boiling water, sugar, and powdered broth. Adjust the taste, add the shredded tuna, stir until dry. Finally, add basil leaves and remove from heat when cooked. The dish is ready to be served.

How to Make: Shredded Tuna Roughly Heat cooking oil, sauté shallots, garlic, red chili, and bird's eye chili until fragrant. Add kaffir lime leaves and lemongrass, sauté briefly. Pour in water, sweet soy sauce, granulated sugar, lime juice, and salt. Stir well. Add shredded tuna, stir well. Cook until the liquid evaporates and the seasoning is absorbed.
