Dream - President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) has issued the latest performance allowance (Tukin) for employees in the National Standardization Agency (BSN). The regulation is stipulated in Presidential Regulation (Perpres) of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5 of 2024 concerning Performance Allowance for Employees in the National Standardization Agency (BSN).
Performance allowance (tukin) is determined variably ranging from IDR 2.5 million to IDR 33.24 million depending on the job class.
Article 2 of the Presidential Regulation states that Employees in the National Standardization Agency are not only given income in accordance with the provisions of the legislation, but also given performance allowances every month.
"The provision of performance allowances for employees in BSN by considering the employee's performance achievements in accordance with the provisions of the regulations," stated the rule.
"In Article 6, Performance allowance as referred to in Article 3 shall not be given to: 1. Employees in the National Standardization Agency who do not hold specific positions 2. Employees in the National Standardization Agency who are temporarily suspended or deactivated"
3. Employees in the National Standardization Agency who are dismissed from their organic positions are given severance pay and have not yet been terminated as employees. 4. Employees in the National Standardization Agency who take leave outside the responsibility of the state or are on duty-free for retirement preparation.

Job Class 2: Rp 2,708,250.00
Job Class 3: Rp 2,898,000.00
Job Class 4: Rp 2,985,000.00
Job Class 5: Rp 3,134,250.00
Class Position 6: Rp 3,510,950.00 Class Position 7: Rp 3,915,950.00 Class Position 8: Rp 4,595,150.00 Class Position 9: Rp 5,079,200.00 Class Position 10: Rp 5,979,200.00 Class Position 11: Rp 8,757,600.00 Class Position 12: Rp 9,896,000.00 Class Position 13: Rp 10,936,000.00
