Dream - The government targets a number of buildings in the Nusantara Capital (IKN) to be completed and operational by June 2024. Expert Deputy of Infrastructure and Infrastructure of the Nusantara Capital Authority (OIKN), Bonie Erwanto, explained that the targeted buildings include the Presidential Palace, apartment buildings for Civil Servants (ASN), and several private hospitals.

To achieve the target, Bonie said OIKN often conducts monitoring and evaluation with the Ministry of PUPR regarding the progress of development in IKN. "When I see those buildings, they are very essential to be used when the central government moves to IKN," he said.

"Besides that, the building of the Coordinating Ministry for Political, Legal, and Security Affairs, the building of the Coordinating Ministry for Human Development and Culture, the building of the Coordinating Ministry for Maritime Affairs and Investment, and the building of the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs. 'Then the minister's official residence, which is fully furnished and functional, will be available in June 2024,' said Bonie."

A total of 12 apartment towers for civil servants and military personnel are targeted to be built and functional by June. Furthermore, the development of worker housing in IKN, waste management in the development area (WP) 1A and 1B, Gas Insulated Substation building by PLN, and an internationally scaled hospital by the Ministry of Health are also planned.

While buildings and residences are targeted to be built and functional through non-APBN funding, including Nusantara Superblock (mall, apartments), Hotel Nusantara, Hotel Pakuwon, BSH Mandiri (Community Hub), PSSI Training Center, Telkom Smart Office (Phase 1), Thematic Garden/Botanical Garden, Bluebird Park and Ride, Abdi Waluyo Hospital, Mayapada Hospital, Hermina Hospital.
