Dream - The government has postponed the relocation of the first batch of civil servants (ASN) to the Capital City of Nusantara (IKN) from July to September 2024.
Quoting from various sources, this retreat is an instruction from the Minister of State Secretariat, in which approximately 6,000 civil servants will be relocated for the first phase.
"Previously, the Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (PAN RB), Abdullah Azwar Anas, stated that the government will provide incentives for civil servants who move to IKN in the first batch."
For example, in the form of a pioneer allowance. However, there are no further details regarding this allowance.
"This is a form of appreciation for civil servant employees, considering that in the initial stage of IKN relocation, there is still a lack of infrastructure support and basic needs as complete as in Jakarta,"
He said quoted from Liputan6.com, Monday, February 26, 2024.
Anas said, civil servants who move are determined by competency criteria including the ability to master literacy (digital literacy), multitasking, master the substance of the principles of IKN. Then able to apply the values of BerAKHLAK (Service Oriented, Accountable, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive, and Collaborative).
"IKN will implement an integrated work pattern with flexible time and location supporting collaborative and agile work systems. Therefore, adaptive and collaborative talents who master digitalization are needed to be ready to drive the acceleration of the government service wheel at IKN,"
"additional Anas."
"He emphasized that the strategy of moving to IKN is not only a physical transfer, but also a paradigm shift in the governance of integrated government towards smart government."
"In the implementation of this concept, priority is given to the flexibility, collaboration, and agility of the working system in IKN through the support of digitalization of the government system."
