Irfan asserts that Garuda Indonesia has always followed the government regulations that govern the upper and lower limits of airplane ticket prices. He also ensures that the price paid by passengers is commensurate with the service they receive.

He explained that the ticket price has taken into account the comfort of the flight, delicious food, and on-time flights. "Delicious food, there is gulai rice. My pilot doesn't sleep. Paying a high price is one of the ways to ensure that the pilot doesn't sleep," he said.

Irfan said there is another alternative to fly with Garuda Indonesia at a relatively cheap price. One of them is to book tickets well in advance for traveling or vacationing.
