Meanwhile, the Prophet Muhammad himself has reminded mankind not to be ambitious for the world, one of which is pursuing positions.

One of the negative impacts is encouraging unethical behavior and corruption. For example, someone who is overly ambitious towards wealth may engage in acts of corruption or abuse of power to achieve desired material wealth. Ambition for honor can also drive manipulative behavior or lying to maintain a certain image or status in the eyes of others.

The preventive measures that can be taken to reduce ambition towards wealth and honor include increasing moral and ethical awareness through education and character development. In addition, imposing strict sanctions on corrupt, manipulative, or unethical behavior can also be an effective preventive action. Furthermore, promoting values such as honesty, integrity, and empathy in the culture of society can also help reduce excessive ambition towards wealth and honor.

With this preventive effort, it is hoped that excessive ambition towards wealth and honor can be reduced. So that society can focus more on sustainable achievements and sustainable happiness.

As long as the pursued position is carried out in a good manner and adjusted to one's expertise and profession. This is in accordance with the story of Prophet Yusuf in the past, when he witnessed the suffering of the people of Egypt. Even though the land in that country is fertile.
