Because, there was once a passenger who used an electric plug in the train car to cook rice, causing the train's electricity to go out. This was revealed by a netizen with the account @rdw_pictures in the comment section of the post.

The account uploaded the experience of a netizen when the lights of the train he was riding went out. It is known that the incident happened because there was a passenger cooking rice using a rice cooker inside the train car.
