Dream - This is the clever way of a fresh graduate who has been repeatedly rejected by companies when applying for internships. His latest technique is quite effective because he finally got accepted by a company.

According to SCMP, the young man who just graduated from college is named Song Jiale. He has just obtained a bachelor's degree from the Geomatics School of Wuhan University in Hubei province, China. This 21-year-old man is looking for an internship job while waiting for further education in S2. Despite sending many applications, none of them have been successful. Not giving up, Jiale changes his strategy by turning himself into a walking advertisement.

Jiale wrote a resume on a T-shirt inspired by the elderly in his hometown in Henan province, who often walk around carrying advertising boards. Seeing this technique, Song immediately got the idea to print curriculum vitae (CV) on T-shirts.

In the front part of the shirt it says, "Class of 2024 is currently seeking employment, please see the back." On the back, a copy of the CV is stated, including the name, university, major, student activities, and internship.

He is also clever enough to place a QR code on his photo for easy contact. Next to the QR code it says: "Impressed HRD personnel and fellow graduates who want to network, just scan this!" The message adds: "Looking for a job is as difficult as finding a partner, let's help each other." Wearing his CV t-shirt, Song traveled by train from his hometown back to Hubei.

"Although her attention-grabbing attire did not directly land her a job, the walking advertisement technique sparked several conversations with curious fellow passengers."

This also made it go viral on social media after a passing passenger uploaded his photo online, attracting around 385 thousand people to view it on the Douyin application. This attention led to several companies contacting him. Eventually, Song got an internship job at a company in the sports clothing industry.

The viral post may be a key factor in its acceptance. "As soon as I arrived at the company for a job interview, a staff member picked up his phone and asked, 'Is this you?'" said Song on Xiaohongshu.
