Hilman revealed that in addition to the 120,000 regular hajj pilgrims, the Macca Road service will also be tested for special hajj pilgrims this year. "So, from various discussions with the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Hajj, they have also pushed for this Macca Road service for special hajj pilgrims," explained Hilman. "So, in the future, we will also test the possibility for several groups in special hajj to receive the Macca Road service," he added.

Al Bejawi hopes that the policy can also be implemented at Juanda Surabaya Airport and Adi Sumarmo Solo. However, he mentioned that there are a few minor notes before the Saudi Arabian government issues the fast track permit. "Please fulfill all the discussed notes. If everything has been fulfilled, then we will issue the fast track approval," said Al Bejawi. "The success of this fast track program is thanks to the excellent cooperation between the two countries. Indonesia always provides what we need," he added.

He explained, pilgrims will benefit from being served quickly. Especially upon arrival in Jeddah and Madinah, pilgrims can directly proceed to the bus to continue the land journey and rest.
