1. Carbohydrates with Animal Protein
Combining carbohydrates and animal protein in one dish should be avoided as it can burden the digestive system.
Consuming a balanced amount of starchy and protein-rich foods can make the digestion process heavier. If you want to consume them at the same time, Sahabat Dream can give a time gap for each type of food, so that the digestion process becomes lighter.
2. Cheese with Meat
The combination of cheese and meat tastes very savory, tender, and delicious, but apparently the combination of both is difficult to digest. Consume them separately in separate dishes for safety.
3. Banana with Milk
Many people like milkshake or banana milk which went viral in Korea and other parts of the world. Unfortunately, the combination of both can actually cause stomach problems.
4. Yogurt with Fruit
The second reason these foods cannot be combined is because yogurt contains a lot of bacteria. These bacteria can react with fruit sugar and produce toxins, causing flu and triggering allergies.
5. Food with Water/Fruit Juice
