7 Steps to Prevent Tired Eyes When Spending All Day in Front of the Screen

2. Apply the 20-20-20 Rule

The method is quite simple, every 20 minutes of staring at a gadget screen, pause for a moment and look at an object that is 20 feet away for 20 seconds. Use the recurring timer setting to avoid forgetting.

               

3. Blink More Often

Blinking will spread tears across the entire surface of the eyes to keep them comfortable. When focusing on the screen, you will blink less. Naturally, Sahabat Dream blinks 15-20 times per minute when not looking at the screen, but when looking at a gadget screen, it blinks less than half of that.

               

4. Do Eye Gymnastics

Here are some eye gymnastics exercises that can be done: Rotating the Eyes: Rotate the eyes forward and backward for approximately one minute. Flexing the Eyes: Move the eyeballs quickly up and down, then left and right, repeat each movement 10 times.
