However, apparently before Cirebon, the free AC cleaning action carried out by Midea had been done in 22 Districts of the Ciayumajukuning region such as Indramayu, Majalengka, Kuningan, and others from September 19 to November 18, 2023 yesterday.
"Midea is present in Indonesia not only focused on sales alone, we also want to continue to strive to improve after-sales service. One of them is by holding a washing event for 2,000 ACs," said Jack Ding, President Director of Midea Indonesia, on Sunday, November 19, 2023, yesterday."
It is known that Midea's free AC cleaning activity has broken the record by cleaning 2000 AC units for two months for free, starting from September to November, and it is recorded in the MURI (Indonesian Record Museum) record. In this event, the AC cleaning activity is not only specific to Midea Indonesia brand, but also for all brands, without discrimination. "The service we provide is as an appreciation and thank you to the customers who have trusted Midea Indonesia products," explained Jack ding.
The success of the collaboration between Midea and AIO Store in Cirebon, West Java yesterday, Jack Ding hopes that the event can be held regularly every year. It even becomes a reference for Midea Indonesia to hold it in other regions in Indonesia.
"Hendry Hermawan as the CEO of AIO Store also revealed that the realization of the record-breaking Free 2000 AC Wash could be successfully achieved through collaboration with technicians from ACQ, which is a service provider that guarantees trained and experienced AC technicians for AC repair and maintenance."
