Security Guard Complex Reveals Mario Dandy Cs to the Police Station Riding Rubicon Driven by Police

Dream - Security Guard of Green Permata Residence Housing Complex, Abdul Rasyid, became a witness in the trial of the assault case of David Ozora at the South Jakarta High Court on Thursday, June 15, 2023.

In his testimony, Rasyid recounted the events after Mario Dandy cs assaulted David, who was visiting his friend's house in the complex. He saw Mario Dandy Cs being taken to the Pesanggrahan Police Station using a Rubicon car.

He stated that on their way to the police station, Mario Dandy Cs were not taken in a police car. Instead, they left in a rubicon car driven by a police officer.

Rosyid explained that it took almost 30 minutes for the police to arrive at the scene. After giving a brief statement, Mario, Shane, and AG were immediately taken to the Pesanggrahan Police Station in a Rubicon car.

Rosyid admitted that he saw a police officer driving the car belonging to the defendant, Mario.

"Who was driving?" the Prosecutor asked.

"The police, as far as I remember, it was a detective," said Rosyid.

Previously, this was known when the Prosecutor asked what car was used to take Mario Dandy Cs to the Pesanggrahan Police Station after the assault incident.

"What car was used to take Mario, Shane, and AG to the Pesanggrahan Police Station?" the Prosecutor asked in the South Jakarta District Court on Thursday, June 15, 2023.

"Was it driven by a police officer?" the Prosecutor asked.

"Yes," Rosyid replied.

"They did not use a police car," the Prosecutor said.

"No," Rosyid answered.

"They used a Rubicon car," the Prosecutor asked again.
