At the Asian level, the study also interviewed 97,324 respondents in Indonesia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, and Thailand. It was found that 34 percent of respondents are actively looking for new jobs.

The top three motivations for seeking new jobs are seeking more attractive positions or higher career levels (49 percent), lack of career development opportunities in the workplace (30 percent), and dissatisfaction with salary and benefits in the workplace (27 percent).
