In Islamic teachings, when someone hates us, we are actually encouraged to pray for their well-being. Because there is a possibility that they will change for the better and show their love and affection towards us. People who hate us can become the fulfillment of our prayers. Because as someone who is hated, we are among the oppressed. At this moment, there is no boundary between the prayers of the oppressed and Allah SWT. Meaning, the chances of the prayers of the oppressed being answered become greater.

Apart from the above prayer readings, there are still more prayer readings for those who hate us mentioned in the Quran. Among them is in Surah Yusuf verse 4 as follows: اِذْ قَالَ يُوْسُفُ لاَبِيْهِ يَا أَبَتِ إِنِّي رَأَيْتُ أَحَدَ عَشَرَ كَوْكَبًا وَّالشَّمْسَ وَالْقَمَرَ رَأَيْتُهُمْ لِيَ سَاجِدِيْنَ which means: "(Remember) when Yusuf said to his father, 'O my father! Indeed, I have seen eleven stars and the sun and the moon; I saw them prostrating to me.'"

The following is a prayer for those who hate us, quoted from Surah Al-Imran verse 147. Here is the prayer: وَمَا كَانَ قَوْلُهُمْ إِلَّا أَن قَالُوا رَبَّنَا اغْفِرْ لَنَا ذُنُوبَنَا وَاسْرَافَنَا فِي أَمْرِنَا وَثَبِّتْ أَقْدَامَنَا وَانصُرْنَا عَلَى الْقَوْمِ الْكَافِرِينَ Translation: And their words were not but that they said, "Our Lord, forgive us our sins and the excess [committed] in our affairs and plant firmly our feet and give us victory over the disbelieving people."
