"Dream - Heart disease is certainly different from physical ailments such as wounds caused by scratches or falls. Physical ailments can usually be treated with red medicine and after some time, they will dry up and eventually heal. There are also various types of heart diseases that have very dangerous impacts on humans in the present and future. Examples of heart diseases commonly experienced by humans include envy, showing off, jealousy, craving for praise, and so on. But, how can heart disease be treated? Isn't this disease invisible?"

The first remedy is to monotheize Allah SWT and distance oneself from polytheism, sincerity, and always be a faithful servant to Allah SWT. Allah SWT says in Surah Al-Fatihah verse 5: "You alone we worship, and You alone we ask for help."

Demanding knowledge is one of the orders in Islam for Muslim men and women. By seeking knowledge, it is able to become a remedy for the diseases of the heart. Because knowledge is the understanding that fills our minds and hearts. Not only seeking knowledge, but also practicing it. Because the happiest person is the one who seeks religious knowledge, sincerely for Allah, and practices it.

"To cure a diseased heart, we must avoid sins and transgressions. It is the act of transgression that can trigger the arrival of heart disease. Therefore, it must be kept away from ourselves and replaced with good deeds every day."

The next remedy for heart disease is by reciting dhikr (remembrance of Allah) and seeking forgiveness (istighfar). Dhikr is seeking forgiveness from Allah SWT for all the mistakes made so far. Meanwhile, dhikr is remembering Allah SWT as the obligation of a servant to his Lord. Allah SWT says in Surah Ar-Ra'd verse 28: "(That is) those who have believed and whose hearts find satisfaction in the remembrance of Allah. Indeed, by the remembrance of Allah, hearts are satisfied."

The thing that we should never forget as servants of Allah SWT is to always repent to Allah SWT. Even the noble Prophet Muhammad himself as a noble creature repented 100 times a day. The Prophet Muhammad once said this sentence 100 times in a gathering.

"Robbigfirliy wa tub 'alayya, innaka antat tawwaabul ghofuur. Artinya: 'Ya Allah, forgive me, accept my repentance, indeed You are the Most Accepting of Repentance, and the Most Forgiving.' (HR.Ahmad, Abu Dawud, at-Tirmidzi, and Ibnu Majah)"

Doing good to others can also be a remedy for a sick heart. Parents are the ones who deserve to receive kindness from us. Because it is able to relieve the chest, facilitate all affairs, and can bring someone into Allah's heaven.
