Dream - The Public Prosecutor (JPU) of the District Court of Indramayu Regency, West Java, demanded a sentence of 1 year and 6 months in prison for the defendant in a blasphemy case against the Head of the Al Zaytun Islamic Boarding School, Panji Gumilang. In reading the demand, the prosecutor stated that the suspect was proven to have violated Article 156a letter a of the Criminal Code regarding blasphemy against a religion, as stated in the second indictment.

The second charge is about blasphemy against a religion as stipulated in Article 156a letter a of the Indonesian Penal Code, with a maximum sentence of 5 years imprisonment.
