"Dream - Performing sunnah prayers before Maghrib has its own special significance that may not be widely known among Muslims. Although it is a voluntary prayer, it received special attention from the Prophet Muhammad. Considering that this time marks the beginning of the night and serves as a sign of the emergence of the army of jinn, such as demons. Therefore, every Muslim is encouraged to perform sunnah prayers before Maghrib in order to protect themselves from the interference of demons."

The cause of the legal act of performing the qabliyah sunnah prayer before Maghrib based on existing evidence is because Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) once stated that performing the sunnah prayer before the obligatory prayer has great merit. The hadith that mentions the Prophet's view on performing the sunnah prayer before Maghrib is a hadith narrated by Muslim which confirms the importance of performing the sunnah prayer before the obligatory prayer.

The opinions of scholars regarding the law of performing voluntary prayers before Maghrib also strengthen the recommendation that the Qabliyah Maghrib voluntary prayer should be performed. Scholars argue that the Qabliyah Maghrib voluntary prayer can bring one closer to Allah SWT and is a recommended practice to be done. Therefore, the law of performing the Qabliyah Maghrib voluntary prayer is recommended based on existing evidence, including hadiths that affirm the views of the Prophet Muhammad SAW regarding the virtues of voluntary prayers before obligatory prayers.

The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) once said, "Whoever desires to find security from the disturbance of Satan, let him stay in his house (without going out except for a necessary purpose) and not go out during peaceful daylight. Whoever wants protection from the disturbance of Satan, should perform ablution properly and then pray two units (rakaat)." (Narrated by Muslim)

This indicates that performing the sunnah prayer before Maghrib not only has spiritual benefits but also can protect oneself from the disturbance of demons. The Prophet also mentioned that the sunnah prayer before Maghrib is more preferable than other sunnah prayers. He said, "The most preferable prayer in the sight of Allah is the night prayer and breaking the fast at the time of the appearance of the stars (Maghrib prayer)." (Narrated by Muslim)

"The sunnah prayer before Maghrib is a prayer witnessed by the angels until the sunset." The best time to pray is between the call to prayer and the call to start the prayer, when prayers are answered, especially before breaking the fast. The hadith that mentions the virtue of the sunnah prayer between Maghrib and Isha is from Anas bin Malik, who reported that the Prophet Muhammad (SAW) said: "Whoever performs four units of prayer before Isha and four units after it, Paradise becomes obligatory for him.""

The suggested time to do it is after the Maghrib prayer until approaching Isha. Therefore, performing the Sunnah Qabliyah Maghrib prayer has great virtue because it is witnessed by angels until the sunset. Meanwhile, performing the Sunnah prayer between Maghrib and Isha also has great virtue because paradise is promised to those who perform it. The best time to pray between the call to prayer and the iqamah is when prayers are answered, such as before breaking the fast.
