Sugeng mentioned, S allegedly received gratuities from several insurance companies from 2014 to 2023.

"The alleged acceptance of gratuities and/or bribes received by the Board of Directors of Bank Jateng from insurance companies providing credit guarantee to Bank Jateng's creditors. So, in other words, there is cashback involved," he said. The total gratuities received by S amount to around 16 percent of the premium value. Furthermore, according to Sugeng, the illicit money is channeled to three parties, one of which implicates Ganjar's name."
