In that photo, two runners who are suspected to be victims of a pickpocketing incident at CFD were also captured by the camera. Both of them tried to chase the perpetrator, but in the post, the perpetrator managed to escape. The motorcyclist appeared to be wearing a dark green jacket and a helmet.
