From the uploader's description, this incident took place in the Citra 3 Pegadungan area, West Jakarta. A group of students can be seen fighting while holding sharp weapons.

The security personnel in the area were seen trying to approach the student to prevent harm to road users and passersby, but instead they were threatened with a large machete. The atmosphere was very tense.
