One of them is the presence of a third person. Conditions like this cannot deny the occurrence of infidelity that makes the betrayed party feel destroyed because their loyalty is violated. In Islam itself, destroying someone else's household is a highly forbidden act and brings great sin.

One of them is responsible for maintaining loyalty. Both from the husband and the wife. However, around us, the devil continues to carry out his duty, which is to tempt humans. Not to mention disturbing the relationship of married couples to fall apart. The devil also intervenes in destroying households. It brings forth hatred, creates conflicts, and eventually leads to separation. That is what the devil desires. Therefore, Dream friends must always be alert to the devil's disturbances. Because the devil will do various ways to make what he wants truly happen.

Unfortunately, some women take on the role of a devil in the midst of marital disputes. They even go as far as destroying other people's households. However, the Prophet Muhammad has emphasized in his words: "A person who destroys the good relationship between a wife and her husband, or between a slave and his master, is not one of us." (Sahih Abu Dawud(II/410) (1906) Through the above hadith, it is evident that there is a strong prohibition against destroying other people's households. This applies to both men and women.

Not to mention taking someone else's husband or wife, even proposing to someone else is prohibited in Islam. In a hadith, it is explained that the Prophet Muhammad forbade men from proposing to someone who has already been proposed to, unless it is clear that the man has already decided to propose.

The law of destroying someone else's household is forbidden. Whoever does it will receive sin and face the threat of punishment in hell in the future. Even in the hadith of the Prophet, it is explained that destroying a household is considered a serious offense. The previous scholars have also categorized such actions as a major sin.

In a case, if there is a man who ruins a woman's relationship with her husband, and the woman asks for a divorce from her husband, and the husband grants it, then there is an opinion from several scholars whether it is valid or not. Some scholars argue that the marriage of the man who ruins the relationship with the woman as the victim is valid. Because the woman is not explicitly considered as muharramat or a woman prohibited for him.

However, unlike the opinion of the Malikkiyah scholars. The marriage should be canceled. Whether before the marriage occurs or after it has occurred. Because it does not meet the requirements in Islam. Scholars believe that if this prohibited act in Islam is committed, then the judge is authorized to impose ta'zir punishment, provided that it does not exceed 40 lashes. If the punishment is imprisonment, then some argue until repentance or death. And there are also those who argue that only severe lashes should be given and their actions should be announced to warn others about that person.
