The woman mentioned that Israel failed to protect its own citizens. Instead of taking immediate action to free the hostages, the Israeli government continued to engage in military aggression, resulting in a continuous loss of lives. "You should have freed all of us. But instead, you dragged us into your political failure, security failure, and military failure," expressed the hostage in the video.
